A few Asian American search fund investors came together in the spring of 2021 to check in on one another as we grew concerned with the rise in anti-Asian racism.

We shared data and stories with our peers, many of whom were unaware of the struggles facing the Asian American community.

We view search funds/ETA as an empowering means to breaking the “bamboo ceiling” and unlocking Asian American dynamism and talent, where entrepreneur-CEOs serve as role models to their employees, customers, and investors.

Our mission is to empower high-potential Asian Americans to go from “I’ve heard of the search fund model” to “I want to and can do this.”
